Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP) offer assistance for people with disabilities seeking entry into the workforce through various programs. Applicants for admission into CRP include having a disability or barrier to employment, be willing and able to fully participate in the goals of the program, and be expected to achieve an employment outcome after completion of the program.

- JOB PLACEMENT
Job Placement Specialists provide assistance necessary to place an individual into competitive employment.
- JOB COACHING
Designed to provide assistance in adjusting to employment, instruction in learning the skills necessary to perform a job,
and transportation training in order to access services and employment.
- SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Places individuals with significant disabilities into competitive integrated work settings. Services include:
- Development of a Career and Community Support Analysis (CCSA) including an extensive assessment and evaluation, recommendations of support needs level, determination of job mach and specific intervention/supports necessary to achieve employment
- Job development and job placement
- Job skills training, arrangement of natural supports and initial skill acquisition
- Ongoing support services
