Volunteer: Weigh Good Community Donation Drive

Goodwill will hold its annual Weigh Good community donation drive in April and we need volunteers to help make it a success!
Volunteers will assist with greeting donors, collecting donations and distributing receipts. *Some tasks may include heavy lifting.
Event Details
When:Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18
Where: ll Goodwill retail stores. Volunteers will be assigned a location based on Goodwill's needs and volunteer's preference.
Time: A minimum of 2 hours anytime between 11am and 5pm
Goodwill provides job-related services and opportunities for people with barriers to employment. The goal of this year’s drive is to collect 725,000 lbs of donated goods. The donated items can help Goodwill place as many as 42 individuals in competitive employment. The drive directly serves the Goodwill mission, as the funds generated from selling these items translate into job training and search assistance, and case management services.
