Completing Community Service Hours (CSR)
Travis County Adult Probation
Individuals completing Community Service hours for Travis County adult
probation must:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Attend a one hour orientation prior to serving hours
- Orientation is held two days a week at two Goodwill locations. Feel free to contact management at either of these locations if you have any questions.
- In North Central Austin - (8965 Research Blvd., 78758) at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
- In Oak Hill - (7100 W. US Hwy 290, Suite C ) at 1:00 p.m. on Sundays
- Arrive 15 minutes early; If you arrive late you will be directed to the next class
- Bring the following:
- Photo ID
- Court issued paperwork
- Travis County Adult Probation CSR Assignment Sheet
- Receive a signed slip from orientation in order to start working at your assigned store
At the end of orientation:
- You will be credited one hour for the session
- You can report to the store location assigned by Travis County
Non-Travis County Adult Probation
Individuals completing Community Service hours who are not on Travis County Adult Probation and have been assigned hours by municipal courts or courts outside of Travis County must:
- Contact the manager of the retail store you wish to work at in order to check on availability
